Embedded Hardware
Responsibilities:
• Independent circuit design of compute modules on ARM CPU or x86 architecture
• Development of highly integrated computer modules and computer boards on state of the art processor architecture
• Development of digital and analog high speed and switching regulator components
• You accompany projects until they are ready for series production and create all production-relevant documents
• Prototype commissioning, verification and troubleshooting of complex computer assemblies
• You create verification and test programs as well as the project accompanying documentation (in English) and independently plan and monitor all functionally relevant test procedures
• Optimization of products already launched on the market
• You work closely with the customer in solving technical issues
Skills Required :
• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering (or a comparable degree)
• Ideally, you provide professional experience in hardware design – newcomers are also welcome
• Experience in circuit design in the area of embedded computing is very advantageous
• Knowledge of common design tools for circuit design and layout like Capture, Allegro or Mentor
• Experience on working with high speed interface like eMMC, DDR, I2C, SPI, Displays etc.
• Experience in working with Linux systems is advantageous
• Willingness to work with Linux for testing and verification of hardware
• You appreciate a team-oriented and independent working style
• Good practical knowledge of English, both written and spoken
